The Company [00]
A fully licensed company aiming at European leadership in the cultivation, sale and distribution of medical cannabis.
About us [01]

Medical cannabis, especially in higher THC doses, has been approved for use in the United Kingdom and Germany plus 20 other European countries for conditions including but not limited to chronic pain, intractable chemotherapy-related nausea, PTSD, Anxiety, Insomnia, Tourette’s syndrome, substance use disorder, Multiple Sclerosis, IBS, spinal cord treatment, lack of appetite due to HIV/AIDS, Cachexia, Anorexia and Glaucoma.
The Company has been awarded a cultivation licence from the Greek government that allows a total area of 40,000 square meters of active cultivation within the facility with no limitations on either the THC content of the cultivars grown or on the overall volume of production of flowers per annum. This is one of the largest licences of its kind issued in Europe due to the size and scale of the facility and the high regulatory standards under which Hellenic Dynamics operates
Hellenic Dynamics has an experienced management team with significant medial cannabis cultivation and business development experience. This skillset is underpinned by a number of high profile partnerships and collaboration agreements that cover all aspects of the Company’s marketing, sales, security and existing legislative and legal frameworks both domestically and for target European sales territories.
The Facility [02]

The facility is designed to produce the highest quality dried medical cannabis flowers and extracts with one of the lowest costs of production in Europe. This is underpinned by access to some of the cheapest power in Europe and the site having its own dedicated water supply by way of a number of underground reservoirs. Based near the town of Kilkis, Hellenic Dynamics is also able to leverage a large skilled local workforce, bringing much needed employment to the area.
Previously a United Nations military facility, the site consists of 14 buildings and uniquely a number of over ground bunkers where initial plant cultivation is housed. Construction is also underway on a 15,000 square meter greenhouse, which Hellenic intents to use via a staged approach of approximately 5,000 square meters per annum from 2023.
All dried flowers to be produced in phase one of operations in 2021 have been pre-sold to licensed distributors initially in Europe’s largest medical cannabis market of Germany with further distribution lines into other European markets to begin in early 2022.
The facility will adhere to all relevant EU regulations including Good Manufacturing Practice (“GMP”), Good Agricultural Collection Practice (“GACP”) and Good Distribution Practice (“GDP”).
